LEPT Reviewer AI is developed and operated by Digitribe Innovations Philippines OPC, a One Person Corporation registered with the Philippine SEC. Digitribe Innovations Philippines OPC is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
We collect: (a) Account data — your name and email address when you register; (b) Exam preferences — your LET target level; (c) Usage data — quiz scores, session history, and progress data; (d) Payment data — processed by PayPal (we do not store card details).
We use your data to: provide and improve the LEPT Reviewer AI service; track your quiz progress and generate readiness scores; send account-related emails (receipts, password resets); and comply with legal obligations under Philippine law.
Files you upload are transmitted securely to our AI service provider for document analysis. These files are not stored on our servers after processing. Our AI provider processes data in accordance with industry-standard security practices.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers for: secure cloud database and authentication; PayPal (payment processing); AI-powered document and chat processing. We do not share data with advertisers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Quiz history and progress data are retained to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; object to processing; request deletion of your data; file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). To exercise these rights, email admin@digitribe.ph.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and encrypted API key management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
